I’m Kate – a CRM consultant with more than 15 years’ experience helping ecommerce brands unlock growth through better customer marketing.

I’ve led retention strategy for a huge range of brands, including those in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, homeware and sports sectors. I’ve built CRM teams, scaled accounts, and turned email into the top-performing channel for multiple businesses.

My experience spans both client and agency side, giving me a unique perspective on what brands need to succeed and how to deliver it. I’ve sat in-house managing day-to-day performance, and I’ve worked agency-side driving strategic growth across dozens of ecommerce businesses, so I understand the pressures, the priorities, and how to bridge the gap between ambition and action.
